Our Prices

There is a minimum charge of one hour on all jobs, thereafter work is charged in 15 minute increments.

  • Plumbing £80 + vat per hour

  • £20 + vat per 15 minutes thereafter

  • Gas work £90 + vat per hour

  • £20 + vat per 15 minutes thereafter

  • Emergency out of hours call outs are charged at £150 + vat per hour for plumbing, gas and heating.

  • (out of hours are charged from 6pm-6am Monday to Friday and all day on weekends and bank holidays)

  • Fixed prices can be arranged for long duration jobs, please contact us for more information

  • Boiler service £80 + vat

  • Gas safety certificate £70 + vat

  • boiler service + gas safety certificate combined £130 + vat
